Nanny's Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk, heated
4 cups dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
½ cup raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sweet Icing:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tbsp. milk
½ tsp. vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased dish. Bake 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Top with Sweet Icing.
