Cooked Carrots

INGREDIENTS

8 carrots
2 T. sugar
4 T. butter
4 T. chicken stock
salt to taste
pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean and scrape carrots. Quarter carrots and place in pot with melted butter and other ingredients. Cook carrots on low heat until carrots are tender.
