Okra and Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

2 lg tomatoes
1 10-oz pkg frozen okra
1 onion, chopped
3 T. butter
1 tsp salt
1/16 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and slice tomatoes. Partially thaw okra and cut into 1-inch pieces. Combine tomatoes, okra, and remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until okra is tender about 15 to 20 minutes.
