INGREDIENTS
2 cups potatoes, fresh, shredded
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a frying pan melt 2 tbsp. butter and add potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook on high heat. When brown, turn in potatoes, spread evenly, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes browning over and over. Serve when done.
