INGREDIENTS
2 lb. bag hash browns, frozen
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 pint sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream chicken soup
½ cup onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Topping:
2 cups corn flakes
½ stick butter or margarine, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix hash browns and melted butter or margarine together. Separately mix remaining ingredients together except for the topping ingredients. Add mixture to first mixture. Place in bottom of large greased dish.
Mix topping ingredients and add to top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
