INGREDIENTS
1 cup green tomatoes, cubed
1 cup squash, cubed
1 cup okra, sliced thin
1 cup potatoes, cubed
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
dash of garlic (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Toss all vegetable with equal amounts of flour and corn meal. Fry as would okra, using peanut or corn oil.
NOTE: Serve with ranch dip.
